    He has co-authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications in urology and neuro-urology, with first-author placements in BJU International, the Journal of Urology, Urolithiasis, and Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms, plus a chapter in the Handbook of Clinical Neurology.     Alongside his private practice at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital in Wimbledon, Mr Seth holds senior NHS clinical and academic appointments. He leads the HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate) programme at St George's and Kingston Hospitals, serves as National Clinical Lead for Urology at 18 Week Support, and is a Senior Lecturer at St George's University of London Medical School.

    He is particularly known for:

    • HoLEP programme co-founder: co-founded and continues to lead the Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate service at St George's and Kingston Hospitals.
